ABAH AND BAJU BATIK

yes, manja and dira...i know both of u are wondering what's up with abah and baju batik..sabar la..nak cite la nih.


semalam, i went to shah alam and met abah and azad...well, i met abah first, then i invited azad to come along and he did!...siap mengenakan saya, dua org tersebut.


the reason i went to shah alam? today, i mean just now i ushered Ketua Pengarah BBG for APC. And as a govt. officer, i have to wear baju batik. i don't have it and does not intend to have it..but since i've to usher one of the VIPs,i have to look good and to look good i need a pair of baju kurung batik..so, i went to shah alam to buy it..

how did i manage to buy it? look, i have not received my wages and currently am living on abah and mummy's money. as i'm money-less, i called abah and asked him whether he is kind enough to buy me a pair of baju kurung batik and abah said yes.


i asked abah what's his budget,he answered RM50-RM100. sebagai anak yang sedang insaf ketika itu kerana telah menghabiskan duit mami and abah nya, saya pun mencari baju yang murah sahaja.


i saw a pair of baju kurung that has corak batik (printed) at the 2nd boutique. abah kate jalan-jalan dulu..we went to few boutique (less than 10) in the search. then we came across a boutique that sell baju batik (lukis punya,okay)..abah asked me to choose on of the baju kurung there which cost RM300++...ye, aku tau korg (dira and manja) jealous sebab abah nak belikan aku baju kurung harga mcm tu..


after trying on both baju yg abah pilih at the boutique, i decided i want the one that i like at the 2nd boutique..and it cost me only RM59..so abah belikan la...hahahaha...bengong adik2 ku kerana jealous ngan aku..


asal melalut lak nih..btw, abah mmg sgt particular pasal barang-barang yang dia beli. especially baju and beg. dia akan check satu-satu, jahitan la, zip la,kualiti kain la. and for baju batik, he believe in the exclusivity of it. baju batik is exclusive because of the kehalusan dalam lukisn batik yang dicanting(lukis) sendiri and bukan oleh machine.


tapi apakan daya, baju batik sgt mahal.kalau ade gaji nanti boleh beli yang mahal.tapi sebab dah banyak habiskan duit mami and abah, saya pun beli la yang murah saja,tapi cantik.


p/s: ada baju batik yang saya sangat suka berharga RM680++. dan birthday saya sudah makin hampir...;-)
