Okay, aku tau ramai yang buat entry pasal ni. Tapi sukati aku la nak buat jugak. Sebab aku dah baca novel tu and dah tgk movie nya..
Onefine day (dulu-dulu la), Azad and i went to The Curve. I told him "I nak baca buku, tapi x tau buku apa. I boring la". He said "Bacalah Time Travellers Wife. My mum kata buku tu bagus. Kawan-kawan I pun kata macam tuh". Azad siap carikan lagi buku tu kat rak-rak kat Borders.
Balik rumah, terus baca. Pastu menangis-nangis..asyik menangis aje. as if i'm Clare Abshire. hahhahahaha. Then tgk movie semalam menangis-nangis lagi. Nasib baik azad faham, so xde la malu sgt sebab nangis depan dia.
Tapi the movie is too short for me. I wish there's more scene where Henry time travel to see Clare when she is young. But at the same time i'm satisfied with the movie. I can feel what Clare is feeling.
At times, it's good that one is able to time travels to the see the past. But there are also times where it brings problems to us. There will be misunderstanding which could not be explained. For example, Henry time travels for two week. He missed Christmas and New Year. Clare missed him so much, she had to celebrate Christmas and New Year by herself. She's alone. It breaks her heart that Henry is not there with her. And when Henry returns, Clare went to work without wanting to undestand Henry's situation where he is stucked and could not time travels. After work, Clare found Henry sitting outside her workplace in the cold waiting for her.
I've been in the same situation as Clare. Azad is always busy with his work and had little time for me. I don't mind that, but sometimes when I need him he's just not there. However, he'll come to me when he's done and that relieved me as I know he care for me , it's just that he didn't have much time to show it.
It's so sad to watch Henry die. He let Clare invited their friends (Gomez and Charisse) and Henry's father for New Year. He said he didn't want Clare to be alone when he died. It was the saddest moment. I couldn't imagine if I had to witness my love ones die in my arms.
Okay, enough for the review. Go and read and watch the movie. It's a must!!!
